Opis posla:
- Prijem i usluživanje lokalnih i međunarodnih klijenata prilikom odabira dijamantskog nakita
- Posvećenost, uvažavanje i besprekorna komunikacija sa klijentima, usmerenost na prepoznavanje ličnih potreba klijenata
- Izgrađivanje, održivost i razvoj dugoročnog odnosa sa klijentima koji nam ukazuju poverenje
- Odgovornost za administrativne aktivnosti vezane za prodajni proces sistema naplate
- Preciznost, pedantnost i sposobnost obavljanja operativnih aktivnosti neophodnih za uspešno odvijanje svakog radnog dana
- Prihvatanje Valadier načina razmišljanja, poštovanje njenih pravila, posvećenost redovnim obukama u izgradnji vizije brenda, kako bi pomerili Valadier napred u duhu stalne transformacije, uz aktivnu podršku drugim kolegama
- Međusobno uvažavanje i besprekorna komunikacija sa svim članovima kolektiva, kao i poslovnim saradnicima
Zahtevi pozicije:
- Višegodišnje iskustvo u domenu prodaje ili u direktnom radu sa klijentima, radno iskustvo u hotelijerstvu ili ugostiteljstvu na visokom nivou
- Ljubazni ste i elokventni, otvarate razgovore i uspostavljate nove odnose sa lakoćom i gracioznošću
- Timski ste igrač, ulivate poverenje drugima i posvećeni ste podršci svojim kolegama i klijentima
- Samouvereni ste, Vaša ravnoteža, stabilnost i smirenost Vam omogućavaju da ostavite svoj trag i inspirišete ljude oko sebe
- Poznajete osnovne računarske programe i sa lakoćom ih koristite
- Poznajete engleski jezik, poželjno poznavanje i drugih jezika
- Prijatnog ste, nenametljivog i urednog izgleda
