Opis posla: Tražimo motivisane i komunikativne osobe za poziciju Customer Support Agenta na nemačkom jeziku. Kao član našeg tima, bićete odgovorni za pružanje izvrsne korisničke podrške, rešavanje upita i problema klijenata, kao i za osiguranje pozitivnog korisničkog iskustva za korisnike kompanije "Sunrise", vodećeg provajdera telekomunikacionih usluga u Švajcarskoj.
Ključne odgovornosti:
- Odgovaranje na dolazne pozive korisnika na profesionalan i efikasan način.
- Rešavanje problema i upita korisnika u vezi sa proizvodima i uslugama.
- Upravljanje i praćenje korisničkih zahteva kroz naš sistem za praćenje.
- Održavanje tačnih i ažuriranih informacija o korisnicima i transakcijama.
- Saradnja sa timom i drugim odeljenjima kako bi se obezbedilo brzo rešenje problema.
- Aktivno slušanje i pružanje konstruktivnih povratnih informacija o potencijalnim poboljšanjima.
Kvalifikacije:
- Odlično poznavanje nemačkog jezika: C1-C2 nivo.
- Iskustvo u radu sa korisnicima ili prethodno iskustvo u call centru je prednost.
- Sposobnost rešavanja problema i donošenja odluka.
- Sposobnost rada u timu kao i samostalno.
- Poznavanje rada na računaru i osnovnih softverskih alata (MS Office, CRM sistemi).
