Using this style helps the game designer and developers to create a metagame and a rich gameworld of the product and multiple fun and educational mini-games as part of this world.
Build the art team ground-up. Or, if you find it more efficient, organize work with external contractors.
Help our Creative Producer and Social Media Marketers refine the art style of video content for YouTube channels and other media.
Support our Marketing team’s Brand-building efforts and help make communications consistent.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Art leadership experience in mobile or console games: Understanding of both art and technical aspects of the craft. Hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and perfecting live and successful mobile or console games/mobile apps with thousands of players.
Experience with Children: Designed games for children under 12 professionally, or at least has own children 3-10 years old.
Creative/innovative: Has the ability and finds joy in creating new innovative designs rather than copying and reskining existing ones. Ideally, the candidate prefers to innovate rather than copy.
Appreciates constraints. Seeks to understand the limiting factors and work with them, including technical and financial constraints as well as the brand’s legacy.
User/Player-centric approach: Has the ability and strive to understand players' needs and satisfy them rather than realize the candidate’s own creative ambitions. Actively seeks for players’ feedback.
