Jun/Mid Full Stack Developer - WeBuild Ventures team

We at Holycode are currently looking for a Jun/Mid Full Stack Developer to join our WeBuild Ventures team here in our Belgrade office.

WeBuild Ventures is a Swiss startup studio headquartered in Morges, focused on co-creating high-growth technology startups in sectors such as insurance, financial services, and real estate. By partnering with experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts, they turn carefully selected business ideas into successful ventures.

Currently, they’re developing a suite of ultra-focused AI-powered recommendation tools, each designed to solve real user problems through smart, interactive experiences. These tools serve as lead magnets or conversion engines and are typically built to:

• Recommend products or services using smart questionnaires and LLM-powered analysis
• Generate personalized PDFs or summaries
• Capture structured data and deliver qualified leads via API or email

Their goal is simple: build the best AI recommendation tools across multiple verticals - fast, elegant, and useful.

Your role:

You’ll work directly with a business/product lead who provides structured user journeys and prompt logic. Your job is to bring these ideas to life with clean code and seamless API integration.

You’ll own end-to-end execution:

• Build slick and responsive   frontends 
• Integrate with OpenAI (or similar APIs) for logic & copy generation
• Generate clean, dynamic PDF reports based on user input
• Connect to external APIs (e.g. Stripe, Sendgrid, CRM webhooks)
• Set up detailed user tracking (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4)
• Handle deployment, testing, scaling 

Most tools are launched in 1–3 weeks, tested with real users, then either killed, improved, or monetized.

What We’re Looking For:

• A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Someone who writes clean, reliable code and delivers working products quickly
• Strong skills in frontend UX and comfortable integrating APIs
• Experience building dynamic forms, managing application state, and presenting polished results
• Ability to track user behavior and measure key metrics effectively
• A communicative and independent professional focused on delivering real value
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Bonus points if you have experience working with AI products or PDF generation
