Backend/ML Developer - Property Captain team

We at Holycode are currently looking for a Backend/ML Developer with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the Property Captain team, for a full-time engagement, to join our team of passionate IT professionals, here in our Belgrade office.

Property Captain Tech AG is a proptech of the real estate and financing specialist Avobis Group AG. On its Property Captain® platform, which is open to third-party providers, the company offers renters and owners products and services related to housing and home financing. At the heart of Property Captain is an intelligent real estate search engine based on DreamScore® matchmaking technology, which matches users with properties optimally suited to their needs and financial capabilities. Property Captain also provides the ImmoSparrow Cockpit. A B2B-Tool specialized for real estate exports to easily examine the Swiss real estate market. Currently, more than 120 financing partners and over 150 brokerage firms are part of the network. The start-up employs more than 20 real estate and technology experts in Zurich and Novi Sad.

Challenging things you’ll work on:

• Developing solution and architecture concepts for the implementation of user stories
• Developing microservices and backends for frontend (BFF)
• Developing data processing processes and jobs
• Technologies: C# .NET 7 / Core, Python, MSSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL
• Tools & Platforms: Rider, Git, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, K8s, Docker, DataDog, Jira, Confluence
• Data engineering, development and optimization of data pipelines
• Integration and efficient execution of ML processes from data preparation to monitoring of ML models in production
• Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for integration and provision of ML services

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Several years of experience in object-oriented development with .NET technologies
• Experience with the technologies mentioned
• Experience in writing and maintaining ML models
• Experience with DevOps approaches and the tools & platforms mentioned
• You are a technology enthusiast and develop with passion
• Very good English skills are required
