AbbVie seeks a Sales & Marketing Program Coordinator to support Allergan Aesthetics in Belgrade. The role involves coordinating promotional material approvals, organizing events and congresses, tracking budgets, and providing logistical support to the sales team across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate approval process for promotional materials with regulatory and compliance teams
- Plan and deliver logistics for sales meetings, product launches, and medical education events
- Track project costs and promotional spend against budget with Finance and management
- Manage distribution of marketing materials and inventory to sales teams
- Maintain event calendar and support on-site logistical needs as required
Requirements
- Experience in sales administration or coordination role
- Strong organization and project management skills with deadline delivery track record
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or similar activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and approval platforms
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritize varied workload and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
