Finance Controller

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experienced professional with financial background in manufacturing

Proactive and responsible person  

Excellent organizer with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting and proficiency in financial software and systems

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare monthly reports on the company’s financial performance

Understand achieved results, perform analysis of variances between actual and planed results and clearly presents the results to company’s management

Provide statistical reporting on key performance indicators (KPI)

Verify the accuracy of entries and create provisions and adjustments in accordance with IFRS standards

Plan the business results, financial position and cash flows of the company in short, medium and long term

Clearly communicate all known financial risks/opportunities for achieving the desired financial results of the company

Prepare internal and ad-hoc monthly reports in accordance with management requirements

Actively participate in implementing the company’s investment policy (defining investment levels, payback periods, depreciation, etc.)

Submit sales reports in SAP

Furthermore, actively support the monthly and annual financial statements

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

BSc or MSc degree, preferably in Economics or Finance

At least 5 years of professional experience in a controlling department

Familiarity with accounting standards and procedure

Active user of SAP modules (CO, FI, MM, SD)

Proven experience in preparing and presenting financial reports

Demonstrated expertise in developing financial strategies for both medium and long-term objectives

Developed communication skills

Developed ability to working with cross-functional teams

Advanced MS office skills

Fluency in English
