Your Role

The Project & Data Analytics Manager will drive the success of the Data-Driven Schedule Optimization project within KN Global Services by combining Data Analytics expertise with Project Management skills. This role ensures data-backed decision-making, facilitates stakeholder alignment and collaboration, and drives optimized resource planning across multiple locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Data-Driven Schedule Optimization project.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, understand existing processes, clarify requirements, and gather necessary data/inputs.
• Collect, organize, and analyze datasets. Map tasks and SLA requirements. Set up team profile.
• Monitor and evaluate project impact. Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track project performance and KPIs.
• Train new members on tools, methodologies, and processes.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is a plus

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

• Experience in creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights

• Effective communication skills: capacity to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, fostering collaboration, understanding, and alignment among stakeholders and team members

• Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data critically and derive actionable insights

• Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to data accuracy and project details to ensure high-quality outcomes

•Advanced knowledge of English language
