- Odgovaranje na upite klijenata na italijanskom jeziku
- Rešavanje sitnijih popravki uređaja i nedoumica klijenata
- Pružanje informacija o trenutnom stanju garancije
- Organizovanje dolaska složenijeg servisa koji će popraviti uređaj
- Asistiranje prilikom procesa reklamacije
- Prepoznavanje prilika za prodaju produženih garancija
- Praćenje tehničkih inovacija shodno promenama na tržištu
