Sales Representative

On behalf of our client, a Slovenian manufacturing company, Adecco is looking for a motivated and experienced candidate for Sales Representative position (Backa Topola).

Candidates profiles:

• Minimum IV degree, preferably university degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales positions
• Experience in B2B sales and in manufacturing companies is an advantage
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Minimum B2 level),
• MS Office
• Active driver (B driver's license) and willingness for business trips
• Proactive person
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Readiness for new learnings

Main duties:

• Cooperation with clients from Serbia and neighboring countries (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria)
• Collect, manage and provide relevant market information in order to support, execute and evaluate optimal sales strategy
• Expansion of the client base and daily communication with clients
• Contacts customers, handles or participates in negotiations and conclusion of sales contracts
• Client visits to present the company's services and achieve cooperation,
• Builds long term partnerships and ensures a fast and smooth onboarding
• Forming and sending offers to clients,
• promotion of the company in the domestic and foreign markets
• reporting on the achieved sales and the flow of communication with clients
