Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Payment Support Specialist to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

As a Payment Support Specialist at our company, you would undertake the following responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of all payment transactions and related documentation
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and audits
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers regarding payment systems and issues
- Verify and reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any issues related to payments
- Identify opportunities for improving payment processing procedures and workflows
Assist in the implementation of new payment solutions or technologies
- Analyze payment data to provide insights into potential efficiencies or areas for improvement
Coordination and resolution of incidents
- Participation in testing (debugging bugs, testing new functionality in order to understand its work)
- Work in the administrative panel developed by the company (easy to use, we provide the training)
Requirements:
Knowledge of Russian language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)
Knowledge of English language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of network technologies
Excellent communication skills
- Experience in support/working with people/resolving problems will be a plus
Experience in cross-functional tasks and projects
Strong thinking skills
Love for an active work process
