This time, we're looking for an AI Engineer. And by “AI Engineer” we mean a software engineer building apps and features powered by LLMs. Read along if you thrive on the cutting edge of technology, have embraced the evolving landscape of AI coding assistants, and aren’t afraid to step outside your comfort zone to create innovative solutions.

You might be our perfect match if you :

• Have a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
• Have proven full-stack development experience (preferably with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks)
• Refuse to be "married" to any specific tech stack, embracing technology as an ever-evolving toolkit
• Are actively leveraging AI coding assistants (Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in your daily workflow to enhance productivity
• Have “vibe coded” a useful PoC or prototype or internal tool using services like Bolt, Lovable, v0
• Have built an application or feature powered by an LLM
• Have hands-on experience with rapidly evolving RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and AI agents
• Possess (very) strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enjoy being outside your comfort zone, constantly learning and adapting to new technologies
• Can demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
• Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Your exciting responsibilities will include :

• Helping clients understand how to leverage genAI to augment their products
• Designing and developing innovative AI-powered features and applications that solve real business problems
• Building and optimizing full-stack solutions with Node.js backend and modern frontend technologies
• Developing and refining RAG architectures to improve information retrieval and generation capabilities
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into technical solutions
• Staying at the forefront of AI advancements and identifying opportunities to implement emerging technologies
• Mentoring team members on best practices for integrating AI tools into development workflows
• Contributing to architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions to elevate the quality of our solutions
• Documenting processes, architectures, and learnings to share knowledge across the organization
