Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Box Truck Dispatcher to join our team. No prior experience is needed as we provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about dispatching and coordinating partial loads to maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule dispatch and manage box truck drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Monitor driver routes and resolve any issues in realtime
• Coordinate partial loads combining shipments efficiently to optimize space and reduce costs
• Maintain effective communication with drivers customers and other team members
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Track and document load information including delivery schedules trip logs and mileage
• Collaborate with other dispatchers and logistics personnel to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• No prior dispatching experience is required we provide training!
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn dispatch software and related technology
• Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to handling issues
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
