Duties and Responsibilities :
- Independently performing complex audits of annual accounts;
- Giving direction to the audit process internally;
- Compliance with the quality criteria, internal procedures and laws and regulations;
- Responsible for monitoring the progress of the audit;
- Preparing the management letter/accountant report;
- Identifying risks and deviations and discussing them with the client or accountant;
- Conduct interim evaluations and final discussions with the client;
- Being the first point of contact for the client (controller/financial director);
- Supervising the assistant accountants;
- Monitoring the quality and actuality within the audit team.
What we expect from you
- University Degree in Faculty of Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related degree/studies.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluent English language skills are required for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- You should communicate audit findings clearly and effectively.
- Lead teams, delegate tasks, and offer support throughout audits.
- Analyze complex situations and find practical solutions.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Adjust quickly to changes
- Resolve conflicts constructively.
- Ensure accuracy in audit processes.
- Stay updated with changes in the industry and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve constantly.
