Metrology Technician 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Analytical person

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out measurements of the finished product, components and tools according to the schedule

Prepares measurements for various types of analyses and participates in problem solving groups

Prepares a report and analyzes the results of measurements

Develops common measurement systems and methods between Nidec and the supplier to ensure reliable results

Creates internal documentation (metrological instructions and procedures, instructions for carrying out measurements)

Provides support in purchase of control and measurement equipment

Perform calibration on time for Metrology equipment 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum High school education

3 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of quality tools

Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 17025

Ability to measure on the following measuring devices: CMM, Profile Projector, Roughness, roundness and contour meter, Profilometer
