Personal Assistant (Household)

Role Description

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic personal assistant to the private Family Office. This position requires a general problem solver with ruthless attention to details and prioritization skills.

Reporting directly to the Family, you will be helping with all aspects of connecting the dots within the support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• General problem-solving for day-to-day issues.

• organizing various entertainment and educational events for both adults and children in the family;
• managing a complex family calendar (event planning, logistics coordination, etc.);
• creating rotation schedules for the nannies working with the family;
• preparing comprehensive travel support, including arrangements for not just the family but also the staff;
• providing visa support for trips to various destinations around the world;
• organizing events (birthdays, parties, dinners);
• maintaining detailed electronic and paper documentation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience as PA
• Fluent Russian and English
• Excellent communicational and organisational skills
• Be resilient and can problem solve effectively
• High attention to details
• Tech savvy

Nice to have:

• Experience in a professional customer service orientated position or UHNWI
• STEM education
