- 2+ years in operations, project coordination, or team management (agency or digital preferred)
- Laser-focused on detail, deadlines, and execution
- Clear, confident communicator who brings clarity in complexity
- Strategic thinker who moves fast from insight to action
- Comfortable working across departments with zero micromanagement
