Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Designer to join our Customer Success team and help deliver powerful, dynamic creative templates for social media advertising. This person will play a key role in crafting image and video key visuals for paid social — both for clients and sales demos — and then implementing them into our internal creative platform.

This is not your average static design role. You’ll think in systems, not just single assets — and translate design thinking into modular templates that scale across products, locations, or audiences.

At Hunch you will:

Create high-quality key visuals (image and video) for paid social campaigns.

Collaborate closely with CS and Sales teams to understand client goals and campaign needs.

Implement designs into our internal platform (similar to Canva, with support for dynamic layers and animations).

Design with catalogs and automation in mind — e.g. visuals that adapt to products, locations, offers, etc.

Create simple animations for video or motion-based templates (in After Effects or similar).

Support experimentation, A/B testing, and evolving best practices for client success.

We think you are a good fit, if you have:

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital or advertising design.

Strong portfolio of paid social campaigns or similar.

Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least basic After Effects or motion design.

Eye for layout, typography, and campaign messaging.

Experience designing in Canva or similar platforms is a plus.

Interest in the performance side of design – how visuals impact results.

Experience or interest in catalog-based or feed-based creative is a big plus.

Based in Belgrade, hybrid (3 days in-office expected, especially during onboarding).

Step 4 – Technical Interview - You’ll receive feedback on your technical task and have the opportunity to talk with team members about the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the role. .
