Your Daily Business

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the center of Huawei's growth strategy, helping partners unlock new opportunities and accelerate their success.

• Support partners in developing new business opportunities and expanding their technology portfolios.

• Translate global Huawei strategies into local market success and sustainable business growth

• Build trusted relationships with Huawei stakeholders, partners, and key decisionmakers.

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities that drive competitive advantage.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and finance teams to deliver meaningful business results.

• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and execution excellence.

• Create and lead initiatives that generate value for Huawei , partners, customers, and Ingram Micro.

What You Need To Be Successful

We're not looking for someone who checks every box. We're looking for someone who is passionate about growth, technology, and creating impact.

• Experience in business development, sales, vendor management, or partner-facing roles within the technology industry

• Around 3 -6 years of experience with partner/reseller sales, consulting, or subscription solutions - preferably in a B2B context.

• Previous distributor experience would be an advantage.

• Proven success driving partner‑led pipeline and indirect sales motions

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence different stakeholders.

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of market dynamics, trends, and business growth drivers.

• Strong financial and business understanding, including forecasting discipline and CRM best practices

• Confidence engaging executive stakeholders, partners, and cross‑functional teams

• Passion for technology, continuous learning, and personal growth

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
