Job Overview

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new users for a company's products or services. Analyze market trends, manage advertising campaigns, and optimize acquisition channels to maximize user growth and engagement..

What Will You Do

• Manage daily execution of paid campaigns on social networks: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
• Create, maintain and grow campaigns across multiple brands while hitting ROAS goals
• Actively test and analyse targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and different approaches to drive results in app campaigns (Android, iOS)
• Analyse campaign performance KPIs on a regular basis to evaluate the success of our campaigns against set goals
• Manage full-cycle of creatives development (including UGC)
• Leverage your understanding of how Paid Social channels impact the overall client media mix and directly/indirectly influence top-level business objectives of the client
• Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the paid social user acquisition

Requirements

• Fluent Russian

• Fluent English
• Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field will be a great advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media with main focus on Facebook Ads with direct response advertising with a focus on mobile paid social
• Experience within the Forex, Fintech, Financial Services or Marketing Agencies will be a great advantage
• Proven track record of running effective social campaigns for direct response goal
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and manage reporting tools
• Confident knowledge of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge of social media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn etc.)
• Practical experience and facility with the technical aspects of setting up, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns on paid social media channels
• Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
• High level of initiative, autonomy, enthusiasm and reliability
