Opis posla:
- Manadžer rukovodi timom saradnika na terenu
- Koristeći planske alate i poverene kompanijske resurse zadužen je da obezbedi maksimalnu efikasnost i optimalnu iskorišćenost ljudskih resursa u prodajnom timu
- Prati, koriguje i kontroliše aktivnosti prodajnog tima aktivnim učešćem u aktivnostima na tržištu
- Koristi redovne tržišne /terenske aktivnosti sa ciljem ispitivanja tržišta, praćenja rada konkurencije, procene delotvornosti i efikasnosti vlastite prodajne strategije, pronalaženja novih tržišnih niša i novih proizvoda, pronalaženja i angažovanja novih kadrova
- Vrši redovnu mesečnu, kvartalnu i godišnju evaluaciju zaposlenih, ocenjuje saradnike i predlaže promene na radnim pozicijama unutar svog tima
- Ugovara saradnju sa svojim ključnim kupcima i ključnim kupcima drugih terena
- Učestvuje u izradi planova prodaje na nedeljnom, mesečnom.kvartalnom i godišnjem nivou
- Planira marketinške aktivnosti i budžet za iste
- Sprovodi mere za naplatu potraživanja od ključnih kupaca
- Izrađuje izveštaje o prodaji na nedeljnom, mesečnom, kvartalnom i godišnjem nivou
Zahtevi pozicije:
- Stručna sprema viša ili visoka
- Radno iskustvo minimum 3 godine na istim ili sličnim pozicijama (smatraće se prednošću iskustvo u pharma kanalu)
- Poznavanje engleskog jezika
- Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
