SQA Engineer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experienced quality professional

Proactive and analytical engineer 

Excellent organizer with great communication skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Securing all components and production parts according to Nidec Supplier Quality Manual and referred drawings

Organizing tasks, resources and make prioritization in base of Production needs, to have line always supply with buy parts produced according Nidec Supplier Quality Manual referred drawings

Responsible for collection and process SQA KPIs, Track Action Plans and improvement and report to QA Manager

Managing Nidec Portals designated for communication with suppliers

Managing supplier Claims, action plans, escalation meetings, supplier visits

Responsible for PPAP, SDA, ECR, Requalification’s in Mass production

Leading sorting activities and costs charge back with external sorting companies and suppliers

Claim handling, including approval of supplier 8D Reports and sorting activities

Leading supplier specific improvement programs and preventive activities

Supplier quality certification monitoring and supporting when action plans in place

Perform Supplier Audit Management (VDA 6.3, CQI, Prikazati e-mail, 8D, Action Plan tracking and follow up) 

Tracking weak point analysis and continuously improvement of suppliers

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in the field of Quality Management Systems or Technical science

3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Automotive

Knowledge of quality tools

Operational knowledge of IATF 16949

Proven Knowledge of VDA 6.3

Advanced MS office skills

Fluency in English
