We’re currently hiring on behalf of an international music-tech startup headquartered between Spain and the UAE, with a clear mission: to give creators ownership, fans a voice, and the music industry a decentralised future.

🚀 We are seeking an experienced and passionate Principal Mobile Developer to join their team in developing a groundbreaking decentralised framework for MuFi (Music Finance) & RiFi (Royalty Finance). 

✅ Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership
  • Architect and implement mobile solutions
  • Establish mobile development standards and best practices
  • Lead code reviews and technical discussions
  • Mentor and guide junior developers

• Development & Implementation
  • Build high-performance, responsive mobile applications for iOS and Android
  • Implement clean, maintainable code following best practices
  • Integrate with DLT and decentralised systems
  • Implement secure authentication and wallet integrations

• Innovation & Quality
  • Drive technical innovation in front-end architecture
  • Ensure code quality and performance standards
  • Optimise application performance and loading times
  • Implement automated testing strategies

• UX/UI Implementation

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement cohesive experiences
• Advocate for user-centred design principles
• Ensure accessibility standards are met across all mobile applications
• Contribute to UX/UI decisions with technical insights

📋Requirements:

• Native Mobile Development (Primary Focus)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS)
  • Extensive experience building and publishing native mobile applications
  • Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns
  • Expertise in performance optimisation for mobile platforms
  • Strong knowledge of mobile platform-specific APIs and libraries
  • Experience with offline-first approaches and local data storage
  • Proficient with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes
  • Experience in building complex (gaming/marketplace) solutions

• UI/UX Expertise
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practicee
  • Experience implementing complex UI components and animations
  • Proficiency in creating intuitive, responsive and accessible mobile interfaces
  • Knowledge of human interface guidelines for both iOS and Android platforms
  • Ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Understanding of user research and iterative design processes

• APIs & Backend Integration
  • Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services
  • Familiarity with backend technologies in Rust and TypeScript is a plus

• Testing & Debugging
  • Strong debugging skills across multiple mobile devices and OS versions
  • Experience with mobile testing frameworks (XCTest, JUnit, Espresso)
  • Knowledge of test automation for mobile applications

• Front-end Experience (Plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in HTML5, modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Expert-level experience with Vue.js (primary framework)
  • Advanced CSS expertise (CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind)
  • Performance optimisation and web vitals
  • Advanced proficiency in PWA development and service worker implementation
  • Component design patterns and architecture

• Architecture & Engineering (plus)
  • Micro-frontend architecture design
  • Build tooling and bundler optimisation (Webpack, Vite)
  • CI/CD implementation for front-end deployments
  • Front-end testing strategies (Jest, React Testing Library)
  • API integration (REST, GraphQL)
  • Web3/Blockchain integration experience
