We are seeking an experienced Recruiter & HR Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment process and key HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring and HR management experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position, developing effective recruitment strategies, screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, and ensuring that the company's recruitment practices are in line with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers during the selection process
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding and perfomance management cycle
  • Maintain HR systems
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

  • Not less than 3 years of previous experience as a Recruiter (ideally combining with experience in core HR)
  • Fluency in English and Russian (both oral and written)
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting candidates for a variety of roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
