German Freelance Recruitment Partner Serbia

Hey there! DKRs clients are expanding globally. We now service clients across 40 different countries. We are seeking Talent hunters/Recruitment Partners based out of Serbia. If youre a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with our clients needs we want to hear from you today! This freelance role offers a commissionbased structure meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

• Location: Serbia

• Employment type: Freelance able to invoice

• Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates.

• Please note you need to be available immediately
  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dive into various channels of your choice like job boards social media and networking to source hunt and attract topnotch candidates

• Conduct interviews assess qualifications and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles

• Work directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements

• Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed

• Keep candidate profiles in our ATS welldescribed and updated for future reference

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Serbian/German & English(spoken and written) this is a non negotiable

• Full availability between 88 MonFri GMT in line with UK office

• Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting German language speakers (within Volume Tech/SaaS/BPO/iGaming

• Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10000 connections

• Stellar communication and people skills

• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently

• Great time management responsiveness and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
