Responsibilities

• Ensuring SAP BASIS maintenance and monitoring to maintain system health and stability
• Providing change request management (ChaRM) and efficient transport management for system changes
• Conducting incidents and service requests management using ServiceNow to resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Archiving experience, including configuration of archiving objects and execution of archiving jobs
• Proficiency in resolving performance and execution issues related to archiving
• Monitoring of archiving jobs and expertise in Backup & Restore, NSE, Smart Data Integration, and Smart Data Access
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BASIS, including NW as ABAP (S4HANA Platform) and NW as JAVA, Webdisp, and Content Servers
• Competence in system administration, client copy, and migration, as well as tuning of ABAP & JAVA parameters
• Experience in index and partitioning management, administration, and tuning of DB parameters
• Familiarity with DB updates, data growth analysis (DVM), and performance analysis
• Proficiency in ABAP and JAVA, with experience working with HANA and ASE DB
• English language proficiency at the B2 level

Nice to have

• Knowledge in GRC, ACP, SLT, BW4HANA, S4HANA, and OpenText
• Familiarity with third-party backup tools, such as Commvault
• Understanding of Single Sign-On protocols like Kerberos, X509, SAML, and oAuth (Okta, SLS)
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and troubleshooting skills
• Competency in SAP Solution Manager, including CHARM, System monitoring, and EWA
• Experience with SAP BTP, Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud
