Requirements

• Ability to develop and implement strategies for creating clear and informative dashboards and reports.
• Deep knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience leading and managing a team of analysts or reporting specialists.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction, aggregation, and analysis.
• Skills in training and developing team members, as well as consulting on dashboard optimization.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with other departments and management.
• Fluent both in English and Russian

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Tableau for creating and optimizing dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in SQL for working with databases and executing queries.
• Proficiency in Python for automating data analysis processes and script creation.
• Experience working with various data sources, including APIs, databases.
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) principles for data preparation.
• Knowledge of data visualization methods to effectively convey information.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of analysts responsible for creating dashboards and reports.
• Developing strategies for creating efficient and informative dashboards.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of Tableau Server and optimizing its use.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical tasks for the team.
• Participating in projects to collect and aggregate data from various sources.
• Training and consulting team members on Tableau and report creation.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify data analytics and reporting needs.
