Python Tech Lead

You’ll be working on international, diversified, greenfield projects, ranked from small to mid-size, typically lasting around 1–2 years. As a Tech Lead, you’ll guide agile teams, shape technical direction, and drive software excellence.

- Leading and mentoring an agile development team of 10-20 people
- Architecting and guiding the refactoring of existing systems to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability
- Ensuring the delivery of clean, efficient, and high-quality code, while promoting best practices in unit testing and code reviews
- Setting technical direction, establishing coding standards, and ensuring alignment with architectural principles
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features on international, greenfield projects

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 6+ years of strong proficiency in Python , with proven leadership in guiding technical teams
- 2–5 years of experience with ORM frameworks , preferably SQLAlchemy
- Experience in architecting, writing, and overseeing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Deep understanding of Python frameworks, including Django, Flask, FastAPI
- Solid experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery, RabbitMQ )
- Expertise in SOLID principles and the ability to enforce these principles across a development team
- Proficiency in database technologies , with a focus on PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and leading technical decisions on its usage
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth integration into development workflows
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Virtualization, cloud technologies
- RDBMS, graph databases, document databases, time series databases
- Web services, messaging, EI patterns
- Experience in LlamaIndex framework
- Experience with PANDAS or with AI development
