Environment and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the code is well-structured and easy to test, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Work on improving and optimizing current systems to boost their efficiency, stability, and performance.
- Work closely with production, design, and support teams to understand user needs and develop technical solutions that address those requirements.
Education and Experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience as a Python Developer
- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Understanding of scalable application design principles
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including unit tests, code review, version control, CI/CD, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Basic knowledge of Docker is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is a plus
