Adecco's client is a successful company from the chemical production industry. On their behalf, were searching for experienced candidate with leadership skills, for the following position:
Candidates profile:
- Minimum bachelors studies in the field of technology, chemistry, or economics
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical industry, of which 5 years in management positions (on the same production manager, R&D manager)
- Knowledge of processes and standards within the chemical industry
- Advanced level of knowledge of the English language
- MS Office
- Leadership and organizational skills
Main duties:
- Monitoring of the daily operations of the company, including the production, R&D, procurement and logistics sectors.
- Involvement in the creation of strategic plans for the company.
- Create short and long-term operational goals
- Analyzing and improving operational processes to achieve greater efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implementing best practices and technologies to enhance production.
- Evaluate operational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Design and implement efficient processes and standards
- Collaborating with the R&D sector to align the development of new products with operational capabilities and market needs.
- Supervising the hiring, training, motivation, and performance evaluation of employees
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations in this industry
- Collaborating with other departments
