We are looking for a high energy, consultative Technical Senior Sales Consultant to work with a more advanced audience: experienced tech professionals who already work in the industry and are looking to deepen their expertise, switch specializations, or move into senior and higher paying roles. This is a step above our core B2C sales team. You'll be selling an advanced program to experienced engineers, so you need to hold a credible, peer-level conversation and be comfortable across the full arc of modern systems engineering (system design and architecture, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and data, security, and production AI). You won't need to write code, but you must understand these concepts well enough to answer real questions, map the curriculum to the roles and salaries candidates are targeting, and earn the trust of people who have hands-on experience.

The best candidates for this position combine strong consultative sales skills with genuine comfort in technical conversations, and thrive on complex, high value deals rather than high volume transactional sales.

• Operate as a full cycle sales consultant, engaging technically experienced prospects, qualifying their goals, and guiding them to a decision
• Hold credible, informed conversations about technical topics relevant to our advanced courses, without needing to defer every technical question elsewhere
• Present and articulate TripleTen's value proposition for career advancement and skill deepening, tailored to an audience that already has industry experience
• Work closely with sales leadership to close complex, higher ticket deals and consistently meet or exceed quota
• Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and positioning for this more experienced audience
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads and pipeline progress using HubSpot
• Bring consultative rigor and technical credibility to a team built around trust and expertise

Weekly Schedule:

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM (EST) - 6:00 PM (EST) rotating Friday or Saturday

• Base Compensation: $2,000/month + uncapped commission based on hitting monthly cash-in quota. Total monthly earnings typically range from $6,000 to $8,000+ for consistent performers, with no cap on top results.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in complex, consultative, or high-ticket sales environments (B2B and B2C, EdTech, enterprise software, complex technical products, or similar)
• Some technical background or working knowledge of the tech industry (former engineers, IT sales professionals, or similar) is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated record of hitting sales and activity quota consistently in previous roles
• Strong discovery skills - able to diagnose a prospect's goals and gaps before pitching, not lead with a script.
• Comfortable closing high-ticket deals and handling price and financing objections (payment plans, financing options)
• Ability to build credibility and rapport with technically experienced prospects
• Sharp business acumen, prior experience using HubSpot preferred
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Passionate about helping experienced professionals advance their careers
• Excellent team member who puts the mission above themselves (is focused more on "getting things right" rather than having to "be right")
