Compensation & Next Steps
- $1250–$1500 USD/month based on experience
- Contract role with a 3-month trial

What You’ll Own
- Systemize everything: Build and refine ops processes that scale across SEO, data science, and link building verticals.
- Drive project execution: Translate strategy into clear workflows, manage timelines, and ensure team alignment—no loose ends.
- Solve problems fast: Spot bottlenecks before they slow us down, and fix them without being told twice.
- Lead with metrics: Track ops performance, surface insights, and improve throughput across departments.
- Support leadership: Partner with the Head of Operations to run high-impact projects and onboard new service lines.

- 1+ years in operations or project management at a digital marketing agency
- Systems thinker who thrives on optimizing complexity
- Sharp communicator—written and verbal—with zero tolerance for ambiguity
- Master of tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, Loom, SOP creation
- Comfortable managing remote teams across time zones, independently
