Senior Game Character Artist (remote)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We're looking for a Senior Character Artist to join our team and help bring immersive, realistic game worlds to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D character models based on concept art and design briefs.

• Sculpt, model, and texture realistic characters, creatures, and armor sets.

• Collaborate closely with concept artists, art directors, and integrated artists to ensure characters meet artistic and technical standards.

• Optimize character assets for performance while maintaining artistic integrity.

• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists and help uphold the team’s quality bar.

• Contribute to character pipelines, documentation, and best practices.

• Work with animation and rigging teams to ensure proper deformation and functionality.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Character Artist in creative industries. Expert knowledge of character modeling, sculpting, and texturing pipelines.

• Strong interest in worldbuilding, character storytelling, and design aesthetics.

• Expert knowledge of character modeling, sculpting, and texturing pipelines.

• Solid understanding of human and creature anatomy, form, and proportions.

• Strong proficiency in ZBrush, Maya or Blender, and Substance Painter.

• Leadership experience or mentoring skills.
