Position: PPC Specialist/Manager (Google & Facebook Ads)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to develop high-converting creatives (images, videos, etc.).
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for scaling.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and new advertising platform features.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic direction of PPC campaigns.

Requirements:

• Hands-on approach – Candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to dive deep into campaign management.
• Data-driven mindset – Ability to analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and make informed decisions based on performance trends.
• Proficiency (and/or willingness to learn) in AI-driven paid advertising – Understanding of AI-powered campaign automation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of funnels, user journey, and behavioural marketing – Ability to optimize ad experiences based on user intent and engagement patterns across multiple advertising platforms.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience with both B2B and B2C digital advertising.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics.
• Ability to perform in-depth competitor analysis and campaign audits.
• Solid copywriting skills with a clear, results-focused approach.
• Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates based in Serbia or the Western Balkans (ex-Yugoslavia).

Experience managing campaigns on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Agency experience is a strong advantage.
