Ops, Sales & Logistics Specialist

Our team is dynamic and creative, always pushing the boundaries of what fun eyewear can be. We're growing fast and looking for someone to join us in a crucial role to support our operations, sales, and logistics.

In this role, you will:

🔍 Review and analyse vendor requirements for large retail customers.

📦 Manage key account orders from PO to delivery and invoicing.

📞 Communicate and collaborate with the sales team, vendors, and customers via phone and email to develop account growth.

📊 Manage inventory availability for key customers, including ordering inventory, analysing availability of stock, and negotiating product between accounts.

📝 Verify intricate details on purchase orders, such as - pricing/discounts/stock availability/ship and cancel dates/terms/routing instructions/labelling requirements.

🚚 Learn and understand freight options. Work with the warehouse to ensure orders are shipped on time and correctly.

💰 Verify customer and product discounts and promotions are reflected accurately.

📋 Complete product specification sheets for clients and sales representatives.

🌏 Manage purchasing and receiving inventory from China.

🔗 Communicate with retail account logistics departments.

📈 Create presentations and prepare samples and quotes for the sales team to propose products and pricing to customers.

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time position with working hours from midday to 8pm CET.

What’s in it for you?

💰 $2000 - $2500* per month

🌟 Full time & fully remote

🌴 PTO: 20 days of paid vacation time + 5 sick days off
