- Support of customers (retailers, mainly shops and fashion brands).
- Quotation preparation and order entry in SAP.
- Clarifying commercial issues such as credit limits, reminders, tax issues.
- Handling of incoming orders; dispatching of goods.
- Monitoring of dates and delivery times.
- Managing the international rollout (shipment, certificates, managing interfaces between countries, PSP planning).
- Providing assistance to Global Key Account Managers.
- Managing complaints.
- Technical clarifications and support for Account Managers (for a limited number of accounts).
- Monitoring of deadlines and monthly stock planning (SAP PSP) for the responsible customers.
- Organizing product certifications for products for international deliveries.
- Collaboration in the development of internal processes.
- University degree (Preferably in Economics).
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to understand and read architectural room plans and technical data sheets.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, general knowledge of ERP is mandatory.
- Commercial and technical understanding is required.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- German language knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
- Curious personality with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
