CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhancing the customer experience and maintaining continuous relationships with residents in the Belgrade Waterfront project
• Inspecting completed residential units, conducting a detailed apartment review, and maintaining continuous communication with contractors to ensure the completion of all works
• Inspecting residential units at the final handover stage, alongside the buyer, and defining a list of remarks
• Resolving remarks in accordance with defined deadlines
• Handover of apartments to the designated client list
• Managing all client inquiries and resolving them within the defined timelines
• Reporting any critical incidents or issues to the relevant departments
• Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve client remarks
• Entering and tracking all relevant handover information of residential units, as well as any follow-up information, into Microsoft Dynamics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in direct (face-to-face) client relations
• Strong communication skills (both Serbian and English)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, results-oriented individual
