About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and creative DTC Digital Campaign Manager to lead and execute impactful online marketing campaigns. In this role, you will strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and achieve business goals.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication
- Work with creative teams, data analysts, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Present campaign performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage campaigns including Campaign Funnels and Landing pages.
- Collaborate and manage content creation, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), LifeTime Value (LTV) and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Timezone: PST, MST or EST
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Not mandatory)
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Proven track record of managing successful online campaigns.
- Skills:
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Everflow, or similar Analytic tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. JIRA, Asana, Trello
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
