**Job Title: Junior HR Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and managing applications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help create job descriptions.
- Maintain candidate databases and update records to ensure accurate tracking of applicants.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Supporting HR administration procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Organized person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internships included) is a plus.
