Job Description:

The Swedish Monitoring Call Officer will be responsible for listening to various downloaded calls completing a simple questionnaire for each call and identifying any foul actions. This role is vital in ensuring the companys adherence to operational protocols and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Monitoring : Listen to various downloaded calls throughout the day to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Questionnaire Completion : Complete a simple yes/no questionnaire for each call accurately reflecting the calls adherence to protocols.
• Foul Action Reporting : Identify and report any foul actions or deviations from company guidelines.
• Maintain Confidentiality : Handle all call data with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Swedish is essential.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately assess and report on call quality.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Ability to work in a silent focused environment.
• Punctual and reliable adhering to the set working hours and break times.
