This time, we’re seeking a seasoned Head of Design to join our multidisciplinary team. We want someone who believes that great design doesn’t just solve problems—it creates meaningful digital experiences. If you’re passionate about building user-centered solutions that stand the test of time, you might be just who we’re looking for!

We are looking for someone who ticks most of these boxes:

• Minimum of 8 years experience in UX/UI and product design, leading design teams and projects
• Proven ability to translate business and user needs into design strategies and concepts
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing complex, scalable, and intuitive digital solutions
• Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Figma
• Knowledge of design systems and ability to establish and maintain design guidelines across platforms
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
• Ability to mentor and guide a team of designers, providing feedback and ensuring quality output
• Experience running discovery and product strategy workshops with clients, and pitching design solutions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Leading the design vision and strategy for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs
• Guiding the design team in creating innovative, user-friendly solutions for digital platforms
• Running discovery and strategy workshops with clients to define product vision and goals
• Pitching design concepts and solutions to clients, advocating for user-centered design approaches
• Overseeing the full design lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to final delivery
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and seamless integration across teams
• Establishing and maintaining design systems and best practices to ensure scalability and performance
• Conducting design reviews and providing constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work
• Championing user experience and advocating for design thinking across the organization
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth within the design team
