We are looking for Head of Supply .

Your main tasks will be:

• Make sure we always have enough quality supply to cover client demand.
• Develop our supply sufficiency model and demand forecast. The base model exists; you'll improve it or rebuild it if needed.
• Balance supply and demand by segments.
• Plan partner orders and control their delivery.
• Design partner incentives: payouts, bonuses, commissions.
• Connect supply costs with company P&L.
• Lead a team of ~20 people through team leads.
• Test new ideas on small groups first, then scale what works. You'll work with Analytics and Product on this.
• Negotiate with key partners.
• Present your plans to senior management and align stakeholders.
• Keep partner work within compliance rules.

We expect from you:

• 6+ years in supply, marketplace or partner management.
• Real examples of changes you led, with measurable results.
• Experience in supply and demand planning and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of partner unit economics: payouts, cost to serve, payback.
• Experience with partner tier systems.
• Strong analytical skills, including designing experiments and measuring their impact.
• A business-first mindset and strong people management.
• Fluent Russian and English B2+.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
