Edit Crew (editcrew.com) is a video editing service that edits a wide variety of projects, most of which are web-native. We make the process of working with a remote editing team a breeze and pride ourselves on the quality of our videos.

We are looking for a Growth Marketer with a strong creative flair to help build our brand into a thought leader in the B2B video editing space & increase our high quality leads. If you are passionate about growth, data, creativity, and love bringing new ideas to life we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As a Growth Marketer with creative direction, you will lead our organic marketing efforts and help us increase our lead pipeline. You’ll develop and execute strategies that elevate our brand image and awareness, create engaging content, and convert leads through SEO, social media, email marketing, and more. You will collaborate with our media buying agency to gather data but focus on driving growth through organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organic marketing strategy, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaign including content development, storytelling, and visual identity across various platforms.
• Collaborate with our media buying agency to interpret ROAS and ROI for growth optimization.
• Build and manage our organic blog, video content, webinars, and social presence to position us as thought leaders in the industry.
• Oversee the performance of our website (Webflow) and track user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity.
• Work closely with a marketing associate who will assist with execution.
• Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns, blog content, and other creative assets that engage and convert.
• Evolve our brand voice and messaging , ensuring it aligns with our mission and vision.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline content creation, but ensure originality, avoiding plagiarism and protecting SEO integrity.

About you

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within video editing, B2B services, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, content pieces, and unique storytelling across social media, blogs, and other formats.
• Have the ability to analyze ROAS & ROI data from paid media.
• Relentlessly resourceful with a focus on continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Availability to travel internationally as frequently as quarterly.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on clear, direct, and results-oriented messaging (BLUF communication style).
• Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, & Microsoft Clarity would be a plus but not required
