About the role
We're hiring a full-time Client Marketing Manager to come in and support with the execution of marketing strategy for a number of clients.
Working closely with one of our Growth Strategists and supported by a team of creatives, you will be responsible and accountable for overseeing and executing deliverables on behalf of our clients. This role is perfect for somebody with a good strategic & planning mindset, but doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with our Growth Strategists to set strategy for clients
- Manage a pod of marketing creatives & specialists to deliver outcomes
- Campaign management
- Create and execute content marketing campaigns
- Create and execute event marketing campaigns
- Create and execute paid media campaigns
- Client management
- Reporting for clients
- Organise and manage work for your clients and pod members
No day will be the same. One day you might be head down planning and building out content campaigns, the next day you'll be responsible for managing a clients exhibition including working with our creative team to create designs and other marketing collateral.
In terms of tools and software, you'll be trained on what we use internally but familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Hubspot would be ideal as you'll spend most of your time working between these three tools.

About you
This role is perfect for any full-stack marketer that thrives in fast-paced environments and is able to wear multiple hats at once.
Because you'll be managing campaigns across multiple clients, the ability to context switch and stay highly organised are essential.
You'll be working with our UK/EMEA team with team members based in the UK, Italy, Netherlands, and Macadonia. We're flexible with working hours however our core hours when most of the team are online are between 8am-6pm UK time. You'll be given great support and quarterly deep-dive appraisals in this role however it's also well suited to somebody who is self-motivated and can work autonomously without being told what to do.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS)
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong work ethic
- Experience managing a remote team

Role compensation:
- $3000 USD per month salary
- 20 days paid holiday per year
- $1200 USD annual training budget for relevant courses and training of your choosing
