Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, brand development, and campaign management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• SEO and Analytics: Utilize your expertise in SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Use Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
• Brand Development: Strengthen the Chipstars.bet brand through innovative marketing tactics, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the online gaming or tech industry. Huge plus if you worked in Malta.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Expertise in SEO strategies and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, including setting up and interpreting reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with market research and consumer behavior analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the online gaming industry and regulatory environment.
• Experience in user acquisition strategies for online platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
