As a part-time Executive Assistant , you’ll be the key to keeping my daily operations smooth and organised.
Your main job will be to handle the administrative tasks that take up my time, allowing me to focus on growing the business.
You’ll work closely with me to set up efficient systems and workflows, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
In this role, you will:
📅 Manage my calendar and schedule appointments
📧 Oversee my inbox and handle email correspondence
🛠️ Collaborate with me to create and manage back-end systems and workflows for customer and content administration
📈 Assist with invoicing and financial admin
✈️ Coordinate travel arrangements
💬 Respond to social media messages and manage my LinkedIn inbox
🗂️ Take on various administrative tasks to keep things organised and efficient
Working Hours ⏰: This is a part-time role, requiring 15 to 20 hours a week, ideally overlapping with UK afternoons (midday to 4 pm or 1 to 5 pm). If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and have excellent written and spoken English, I’d love to hear from you!
To excel in this role, you need to have:
📅 Previous experience as an executive assistant
🧍 Experience working with a 1-person business
🗓️ Deep knowledge of calendar management
📧 Strong inbox management skills
📊 Proficiency in using spreadsheets
🗃️ Familiarity with Notion
📝 Excellent written and spoken English
💼 Brownie points for experience working with multiple business owners
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organised and methodical, skilled at creating systematic approaches for managing administrative tasks in a small business context, and known for their careful attention to detail. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
What’s in it for you?
