On behalf of our client, Whirlpool, an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of Sales representative.
Job description
- Develop and implement local sales activities with Trade Partners in order to achieve the agreed targets
- Follow up and analyze sales performance and payment execution discuss and agree sales and promotional targets on Trade Partner and its store level
- Improve distribution of products, and ensure the presence of the products at the point of sales of Trade Partners
- Build up relationships to all relevant decision makers within Trade Partners and visit stores on a regular basis
- Provide sales results reporting on the regular basis
- Work to find new clients, establish new accounts in compliance with the company's sales policy and obtains orders
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature;
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and territory analyses
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Higher vocational or University degree, preferable in economics
- Minimum 1 year in sales experience (experience in home appliances industry business is an advantage).
- Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods and techniques
- Well organized, responsible, and a team-player
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Communication level of English
- Advanced usage of MS Office (Excel)
- Flexible, energetic, persistent, positive
- Willing to travel
- Valid drivers license
