Job Description

The role

We're looking for someone who's genuinely crypto-native.

Someone who refreshes X before they refresh the news. Someone who understands Solana, knows the personalities shaping the ecosystem, spots trends before they're everywhere, and instinctively knows when a meme deserves a response, and when it doesn't.

This isn't a traditional social media role. It's equal parts content creator, community builder, trend hunter, and brand voice. If you live on Crypto Twitter, love telling stories, thrive on internet culture, and want to help build one of the strongest brands in the Solana ecosystem, we'd love to hear from you.

Core responsibilities:

• Own Solflare's presence on X in order to build a distinctive, trusted voice within the Solana ecosystem.
• Write daily posts, threads, memes, and real time reactions that keep Solflare relevant in Crypto Twitter conversations.
• Develop thoughtful reply strategies that strengthen community relationships instead of simply responding to notifications.
• Engage with partners through quote reposts, conversations, and collaborative campaigns to expand Solflare's reach across the ecosystem.
• Execute launch-day social coverage that turns product releases into engaging moments with the community.
• Monitor competitors, ecosystem news, and emerging narratives in order to identify opportunities before they become trends.
• Build authentic relationships with creators, founders, and communities across the Solana ecosystem.
• Adapt crypto culture, memes, and trends into content that feels native while staying true to the Solflare brand.
• Film simple product tutorials and walkthroughs that help users get more from the Solflare app.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design to ensure every campaign is accurate, engaging, and community-first.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience creating content and managing social media for crypto companies or Web3 brands.
• A deep understanding of Crypto Twitter, its culture, personalities, humour, and unwritten rules.
• Strong knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and the products, builders, and communities within it.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging content quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Experience growing communities through conversation, not just broadcasting announcements.
• Confidence presenting on camera and creating educational or social-first video content.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and campaigns simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for crypto and staying on top of what's happening every day.

Nice to have:

• You experiment with AI tools to create faster, smarter, or more engaging content.
• You have basic design skills and can create simple social assets when needed.
• You've built a personal presence or following within the crypto ecosystem.
• You've created educational content or tutorials for crypto products.
