Your Role...

ReSource Pro is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in our Belgrade office. The Product Manager manages the successful development and implementation of the product from beginning to end. This person sees strategic ideas through from design and testing to  implementation and market introduction.

The ideal candidate will be curious, have a strong attention to detail and passion for customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Independently establish product strategy and vision within a defined product of responsibility while gaining executive alignment to drive performance. Products assigned to a Product Manager will be very high complexity and/or impact and will include new products.
• Contribute to comprehensive product strategy under the direction of Product leadership.
• Ensure Product vision and features align with client’s core needs and solve market pain points. Be the Voice of the Customer.
• Continuously refine and adapt the strategy based on market dynamics.
• Responsible for the financials (P&L, ROI) of assigned product. Ensures financially sound decision making to maximize ROI.
• Responsible for establishing and monitoring key OKRs to drive adoption, usage, and overall customer satisfaction (generally speaking – Product/Market Fit).
• Proactively drives collaboration with Marketing and Business development teams to create and deploy effective product launches and campaigns.
• Create, design and market test new product iterations to continuously meet the market needs.
• Design, coordinate and oversee customer research efforts. Writes survey and interview questions, hosts user group meetings, webinars, and other client events. Utilize customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Evaluate competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, solution architects, product owners and lead engineers to ensure successful product delivery.
• Review and assess product performance in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Independently conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze user behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with (but not limited to) product owners, engineering, design, marketing, sales, implementation, and customer support.
• Responsible for the alignment of product strategy with business stakeholders, executives, and customers; manage all needs and expectations.
• Establish and maintain external communication channels to foster strong relationships with partners, clients, and industry influencers.
• Prepare and deliver key presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate efficiently between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
• Serves as a mentor and resource to junior Product team members. Assists in and may lead training for new team members.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree required, Engineering is preferred or a related field.
• Four years experience in product management
• Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements
• Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions
