Laboratory Manager

Excellent organizer with great communication skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading teams in Metrology Laboratory, Cleanliness Laboratory, Metallography Laboratory and MSA & Calibration

Preparing, monitoring and executive yearly budget for responsible Laboratories and resources assigned

Keeping equipment timely serviced and calibrated

Promoting Integrated Management System Policy and 3Q6S Policy in assigned areas

Developing necessary documentation for efficient and safe usage of Laboratory tools and equipment

Supporting continuous improvement of Integrated Management system on site according to customer specific requirements and IATF16949, CSR, ISO14001, ISO45001 and internal Guidelines and apply in area of responsibility

Collecting and processing Laboratory KPIs, Track Action Plants and improvement and report to QA Manager

Organizing tasks, resources and make prioritization in base of Plant needs

Responsible to organize internal and external calibration of Measurement equipment for entire Plant scope

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in the field of Quality Management Systems or Technical science

Relevant work experience in laboratories management in automotive industry

Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ISO17025

Developed solution-based approach to resolve issues

Developed communication skills

Developed people management skills

Developed ability to provide effective feedback

Developed ability to make decisions, and to take responsibility for outcomes

Developed ability to working with cross-functional teams

Advanced MS office skills

Fluency in English
